You can access your unit immediately upon completing the online rental unit process. You’ll be able to access your storage unit 24/7, year-round, even on holidays.

Rent is due the first of eacah month or your move-in anniversary date, depending on which one you select during sign up.

No, storage is at your own risk. We recommended you get additional insurance to accommodate your stored items by contacting an insurance agent. 

Units 8’x10′ have a 5’x7′ or 9’x9′ door.
Units 10’x24′ have a 9’x9′ door. 
Units 11’x28′ have a 10’x10′ door
Units 22’x8′ have a 10’x16′ door with a service door.

Tenants are required to provide their own lock to secure their unit. We recommend a high-quality lock (example: disc lock that cannot be cut with bolt cutters). You will hold the only key to your unit.
